Industrial Internal Gear Pumps Designed for Demanding Applications
LubeTech pumps are based on the principle of the internal gear mechanism:
- The medium enters the pump through a vacuum created by the rotation of the gear wheels.
- The liquid fills the space between the teeth of the rotor and the external gear element (idler), moving along the casing.
- The liquid is transported around from the suction side to the discharge side, where it is pushed out under pressure.
- A distinctive feature of these pumps is the "crescent" element separating the suction and discharge chambers—increasing efficiency and minimizing pulsations.
Advantages:
- Low flow pulsations
- Self-priming
- Reversing Feature
Capability to operate in both directions (L & C versions)
